i spy a flowering U. longifolia :) i remember when the rokko x hamata was still a little seedling!! showing any neat characteristics yet? great job with you little vortex window to Borneo :)

That is flowers from U. longifolia. The seed pods are ripening.

The Nepenthes x Rokko clone A x Nepenthes hamata is showing a ribbed pristome.

I had 2 seeds germinate, but one died shortly after.

No, the U. longifolia is not growing in a nep. You can see the flower stalk under the hanging pot of the N. rafflesiana.

I like to grow my neps in 14" coconut fiber hanging baskets. I do not have room to grow them all this way so the others are in plastic pots.

The soil mix is equal parts, perlite, peat moss, and dried LFS. Larger plants get a top dressing of live LFS.
