Andy Collins
Lake Grasmere and surrounding area. There were masses of P.vulgaris and D.rotundifolia in this area. Plus a couple of Orchids that grew amongst the CP's

Andy Collins
Cheers Andy, nice images. Well done finding the Pings when they've finished flowering! You couldn't miss the Pings, there were 1000's of them on the hill side.

Dunc
It looks nice and green up in the lakes still - guess low rainfall is relative and they've still have many times what we've seen down in the SE! Can't ever remember a week when I've gone back to the NW and its not rained at some time. Time for a national water grid I think........... :?:

carnivorousplantboy
were did you find the cp's in the lake district like in the heathes by the lake etc.?
Andy Collins
The plants were growing in open areas on the sides of the hills around the lake. Small streams run down the hills creating boggy areas, plants are everywhere.
