Greg Allan
One of the two seedlings in the forefront of this photo is B. filifolia, and one is B. rorida. Does anyone have any idea which is which?
vic brown
Byblis rorida, at least the form I grow, has redder stems and leaves than B. liniflora. So I'd guess the reddish plant, second from the right is B. rorida. They both grow quite quickly and flower readily, so you will be able to tell them apart with certainty soon as the flowers are very different. Greg Allan
Thanks, Vic. I have several other reddish seedlings, all of which are similar in structure to the one you identified as B rorida. The only reason that I suspected that they may be B filifolia is that they have far more robust stems than the greener seedlings.
