vic brown Posted September 28, 2003 Report Share Posted September 28, 2003 I've never seen plants labelled for sale as Nepenthes 'Velvet', however a quick search of the web came up with this picture http://www.tropiflora.com/creport/cr12-2/6476.jpg. To my eye, it looks identical to the plants sold as N. 'Gentle' here in the UK; http://www.derooseplants.com/en/select_pla...antWebInfoId=58, This hybrid is thought by many to be a hybrid between N. fusca and N. maxima.
