For any that are interested the BBC are running the 1980's series of Day of the Triffids. Episode one to four are available on Iplayer. I'm guessing I am not the first to ask but is there a Sarracenia that looks anything like the Triffids from the 1981 TV series The Day of the Triffids. I loved the show and later loved the book by Wyndham. Image for some who may not have seen it.
