  5. I've been thinking maybe the moderators should do some moderator magic and make an auction thread in sales and wants. Somehow the editing of posts must be disabled. It's just an idea but I think it's a good one!

  7. Well as I've never tried them I'd like to have a go at some nepenthes eventually. Also I need more space for my growing collection of sarracenia (they aren't getting much sun on a east facing windowsill) and drosera. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  10. Hi all, I am thinking on making a new greenhouse. As you can see in the pictures it needs a bit of work! What do I need to do to make this into an amazing greenhouse and how much will it cost? Please help me I'd like to start soon, Thanks in advance Matthew
  11. Happy birthday Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. Today I had a rather strange experience with a fly. I found a fly near my dionea but it walked straight over the trap! Amazed I caught it and fed it to my sundew the fly didn't stick (on closer examination I realised the trap was young and didn't have much glue on). Sadly super fly let down his reputation by dying a slow and painful death in my sarracenia flava. But still this was a very very lucky fly! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. They're starting to. I suppose I'll have to collect some water from the handy stream next door.
  14. :-( my plants will die. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. That's happening to me as well blocky. The South east has been having far too much good weather (not saying I want the nice weather to stop, I just want it to rain in the night and fill up the empty butts!) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Welcome Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. Thanks. My other one doesn't have a flower.
  18. Hello all, My drosera binata has just flowered. There are two flowers on it. Is it self pollenating? If it is how can I pollinate it easily?
  19. Well good luck looking after it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  20. I went into the garden centre and asked for peat. They say "we don't sell peat anymore, no one does." Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. We'll I'll have one one day. Hopefully
  22. I've seen it on my cacti collection. As nepenthes lowii mentioned they are mealy bugs. If you don't treat it could kill the plant. If it is on just one pitcher cut off the entire trap off and maybe put the plant in quarantine just for safety. Good luck treating it and hope it doesn't spread.
