Should be interesting trying my hand at growing Cephalotus Follicularis from seed. fingers crossed it works out better than my attempt at D. Spatulata :/

Good luck with that, i admire your patience ! I got sent some leaf pullings of Eden Black, Big Boy, and Adrian Slack about 2 months ago and although they're all still alive, i dunno if they've rooted in the sphagnum yet. No growth above ground yet anyway. As for Spatulata, if you want to pm me your address, i'll send you a few of my excess seedlings, they're about 1 inch in diameter now.

So, strong growth from my spatulata seedlings, my bigger N. x Ventrata has finally stopped sulking and I have new basal growth showing on my N. x rebbecca soper. now all I ned is for my sanguinea to come round. life is good.

It's funny how sarracenia grow on you, I was never that interested before but now I find myself eying things like flava var. rugelii and thinking "hmm I'd like one of those"

That's uncanny. I got into this hobby when i was given about half a dozen Sarracenia, some known and unknown hybrids, and a few seed pods. At first i found Sarra's to be plain and uninteresting, thinking they all looked more or less the same. I still think that to a certain extent now, although i am starting to realise the very slight differences and have decided i would like to get all the basic species and their natural hybrids.
