  1. Nice photos! Thanks for sharing! :)
  2. I have found that some of the upper pitchers wont form until they grab on something. Like the plant was inhibiting or holding up that growth.
  3. Tsih I'm so sorry! Seems like I need to translate my stuff in the future. Or maybe you should apply for a language course hehe My blog dont get that much attention when it comes to comments so I dont quite know what people think about my writings etc.
  4. Thanks :-) True that clear container didnt have any holes. The media was 100% sphagnum (and is still) but I didnt water the plants that much in that time. I just made sure that humidity is high. Now they are in pots with holes to gain size.
  5. I bought my seeds from a fellower CPUK member in November 2014. Stratification took place 31.10-28.11. (4 weeks). The container with a lid was located in our fridge (3-4C). The first signs of germination was spotted one week after putting the container under lights 5.12. I planted 40 seeds in which about 28 had germinated in 11.12. 22.12.14 - 2½ weeks old 19.1.15 - 7 weeks old 25.1.15 -12 weeks old Until this day the seedlings were growing in my tropical terrariums. Now I have started to acclimate them a bit for lower humidity and temperature in my pygmy sundew container. These are very easy growers in my opion. Any comments and ideas on growing these are very welcomed!

    water table

Hi! How does one build a water table? I have grown to dislike displaying my sarrs in black seedlingtrays and I'd like to have a nicer setup. I see that many growers use and also build these but I can't find any instructions. Thanks a bunch for help!
  8. My amps thrive in +32C so I wouldn't put them into any cooler place.
  9. Pretty photos! Could you show us a bigger photo of your highland setup? :)

    winter dormancy

YEs. As long as temperatures are below 5C they dont need light. In temps over 5C their vital functions work (need light (energy) in order to maintain them) :-)
