  1. Just... wow! Really beautiful plants. Will you share your growing conditions with us? I have been thinking about trying this one, if I manage to get is somewhere.
  2. Dear all, we have just opened the registration for EEE 2019 in Prague. The pages are in Czech / English languages. The program is listed here: https://www.darwiniana.cz/masozravky/eee-2019:start And here is a direct link to the registration form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf-CgjkUzRCHRT0R1LLCyfpt5jTZdLvSbh1b14B22Pgt2SaUQ/viewform Feel free to ask about anything you haven't found on our web, either here, via PM or email [email protected] We are looking forward you in Prague! Adam
  3. I am afraid I cannot say who is a big Dionaea seller. There are currently 10 sellers registered: Ludo Verdyck Pavel Bartoň Markéta Aubrechtová David Švarc Michal Kouba Gartenbau Thomas Carow Oliver Gluch Peter Harbarth Roraima Diflora You can check the list of the sellers with links on their webpages on the bottom of this page: https://www.darwiniana.cz/masozravky/eee-2019:start Regards Adam
  4. Can be. It does not cope with the drought very well, so you unless you spray your plants often, you should let the pot stand in a bit of water.
  5. I am happy to confirm another lecture: Dr. Jan Schlauer is going to speak about the quinones of the Queensland sundews.
  6. Thanks! Any seeds or plants for sale/swap? I would be interested in P. nahuelbutensis, antarctica and such species...
  7. Well grown! How cold do you keep them during winter?
  8. Dear all, I will post and update information about lectures prepared on EEE 2019 in Prague here. Exact dates and times have not been chosen yet, but will be in advance. The lecture hall has more than 100 seats, so it should be large enough, and we are not going to demand any registrations for the lectures. Confirmed lectures: Dr. Tomáš Hájek: The fate of peatbogs during the dry years and their future in the changing climate Oliver Gluch: Winter flowering Pinguicula species - impressions from natural habitats in Mexico Dr. Lubomír Adamec: Ecophysiological characterization of aquatic carnivorous plants: are they different from terrestrial ones? We are looking forward all of you in June! Adam Veleba
  9. Nice plants Aymeric! Do they go dormant during summer? Just curious, mine doesn't...
  10. Wow! Something from the group including D. zeyheri, cocccipetala etc.?
  11. Same as Fryderik, I do not want to offend you, Lepto, but you wrote (in the separate post "beware the carnivoria.eu"): "I have constant 65% humidity and red/blue/white Led lighting, with a very good soil mixture." I think that 65% humidity is not enough for a newly acquired plant, it is close to a normal house air humidity (which is said to be 40 - 60% optimally) and is far from a natural air humidity (which can peak up to 100% during the night). Also, what is your "very good soil mixture" composed of, are you sure it is good for establishing of a new plant? And just by the way, it is usual to send plants bare rooted, potted plants are sent only very, very rarely as it is more risky (the pot can easily damage the plant).
