    Drosera alba

Hi, I finded information that this species grow in winter and it ended own growning cycle before summer. So, I wonder if Drosera alba is annual plant or maybe have dormancy period like a tuberous drosera?
  2. Sorry, but madagascariensis grow very long, my droseras have up than 1 year old and it's still short ant it looks more than spatulata than madagascariensis. You should view the photos, links are in first post. I add next foto if you have some problem with seeing the differents among my drosera and D. madagascariensis
  3. Hmm, ok, but what species I and my friend have? It isn's D. madagascariensis on a 100%
  4. Hi! I need your help again. My friend give me some seeds of his drosera, he buy id like D. spec. Botswana. I searched today some informations about this species and i found the information that D. Botswana and D. madagascariensis are that same species. I find that information on this page. http://cpphotofinder.com/Drosera.html I don't find any informations about D. Botswana in CP database, so i ask your for identyfication that plants. It's my friend plants http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w128/Da...botswaLarge.jpg And it's my plants http://picasaweb.google.pl/Valakirika/Vent...185611721737746 The flowers are pink.
  5. There are the seeds of this sundew, so its the natalensis? It isn't round seeds.
  6. But spatulata and tokaiensis aren't flat? Now it is raised like aliciae.
  7. Its only first link, now it should be good
  8. It's flowering, and I'm rather sure that it isn't D. spatulata I transsmision the photos to the first post.
  9. Photo of D. auriculata its fantastic :) I give it to my wallpaper.
  10. Hi! am the owner of this N. ventricosa 'alba' from a year. Lastly on the biggest pitcher was doing that. It is only on the side nearest to window. http://lh3.ggpht.com/_GpogIdxx5iU/SZhCP8pr...ventricosa2.jpg http://lh6.ggpht.com/_GpogIdxx5iU/SZhCPymS...ventricosa3.jpg On the second, shady side it looks normally http://picasaweb.google.pl/Valakirika/Fszy...061399285992418 Whats that? In this terrarium I have some other pither plants and it was normally.
  11. Hi, that sundews was growth in pot with utricularia, and I don't know what's that. That sundews growth in hight humidity. Flower flower stalk - it's veeery long, it have a 27cm, but it have a much light, the spatulata who grow near that drosera have only 12cm flower stalk with my spatulata http://picasaweb.google.pl/Valakirika/Vent...674734161212210 sundew
  12. No, i have U. longifolia and that utricularia never looked like it. I watch the photos of U. hispida now, but it have only long, narrow leaf on photos, so i think that it isn't U. hispida
  13. At the last time that utricularia grow veeery long leaves so i think thak it is 100% U. praelonga Thank you very much for identyfication :) I add a new photo with short and verry long leaves.
  14. Hi, I buy this Utricularia as U. dichotoma, but I have a doubt, because in my friend's opinion it look like U. praelonga. Unfortunately it never was flowering.

    Drosera ID

It looks like D. aliciae, but I never seen D. aliciae with white flower and probably it has too long stem, that's why I put up this sundew to identification.

    Drosera ID

My friend received this drosera, but he doestn't know what is it. It has white flower.
  18. I don't think that it was seed from this flower, but I leave it and I'll see what will happen.
  19. My little flowering dionaea
  20. I often open terrarium, and once a day spray plants, so I think that isn't no air movement. I think that it is so cold for N. sanguinea, because it's very young plants, but N. gracillima? I don't know. Near it stand N. ramispina (N. gracillima var. ramispina?) who feels good.
  21. I have Narva Oceanic Colour 58W, about 25 cm over the plants when sun not shining and every evening. N. gracillima was bought in September/October 20007, N. sibuyanensis was bought in November 2007. N. sibuyanensis looks not bad, but it seems to me that is subspicious, as two plants is ill with that same illness. I'm the most worried about gracillima, it was this for month.
  22. I have a problem, my two species of nepenthes have black growing points.they are N. gracillima and N. sibuyanensis. they are in terrarium, where humidity is 60-100%, temperature 15*C at night and 20-25*C during the day. It is in south windowsill, but it is shady location. Do you know why that happens? In this terrarium I have to turn black from stem N. inermis also, but I think that is because of too wet sphagnum.
  23. Thank You very much. I think that I will manage with B. reducta cultivation :)
  24. Thank You for Your pieces of advice and information. It is almost all what I need.
  25. Ok, but how many Celsius degrees ( give me maximum too please) has the air near Your brocchinia in Your house or greenhouse?
