    Guy the eaves is where the vertical and the slope of the roof meet. An higher eaves will prevent to reduce the amount of bending you have to do to stop hitting your head on the glass also gives more room for the plants if they ere on staging.

    Yep I am aware of RO water from aquatic stores but my nearest one that stocks it is 10 miles away that's why I was asking about de-ironized/distilled water . Cheers

    Yes like Richard said like any other plant they need to be slowly acclimatized ie introduced to new environment slowly

    ok so we are all running short of rainwater .So I have a question is can DE-IONIZED water( eg as used for car batteries ) be used on Cps or must it be Pure distilled water or R.O water Cheers

    I grow quite a few outside some in an old Belfast sink and some by side of the pond and they all came through this winter just gone without ant protection at all
