Aizoaceae, Disphyma perhaps?

If it's hardy, then I would say Drosanthemum hispidum. I'll try to fish out a picture later.
It's later already! Worth propagating regularly - it gets old and tired quite quickly.

Thanks to stephen and john for the id . Im pretty certain its the same plant as the one in johns photo . I know its hardy because we got the plant from harrogate where it can get abit nippy in the winter . It grew from a tiny cutting and it flowered non stop. I shall take some more cuttings as its areal nice plant. Thanks again .
