Hello cactus people!

Heres another one from home depot:




The cactus has a powdery coating that makes it look blue-green in the light. The stuff comes off if you rub it.

Also if you have any guesses about the little round one in the pot(not the best picture, I know). It was laying on the floor at home depot so I stuck it in the pot. I'm hoping it roots!

One last question: What do you cactus growers recommend as a good growing medium? I have peat, perlite, vermiculite, and "soil derived from cow manure" at my disposal. (I doubt cactus like LFS... or do they?? shok.gif )
