hi everybody, the tipp of  mine Pinguicula gigantea 'alba' X moctezumae leaf seem to rott... it grow in a very humid air in mine mini indoor greenhouse. the upper part are soft and rotten, couldt it be because that when I water some water get in the center of the plant. I like this plant very much and I would hate to lose it.

It doesn't need to be in very humid air, my plants (the same clone as yours  :) ) grow fine on the windowsill as a houseplant. I have them on both East and West facing windowsills and they grow very large and flower almost all year. Try reducing the humidity and don't over-water.

I grow also that really amazing crossing and I have noted that it is very sensitive to spider mites. These pests live in the heart of the rosette and after the new leaves are erected, the leaf tip is brown due to spider mites's spades.

Even with hot and wet air, the spider mites are alive. Only an acaricid can kill it. You must spray it and few minutes after, wash the product. Only effective acaricid are dangerous for leaves or are ineffective
