Hi guys,

I just wanted to share these pictures with you.  My S.purpurea 'Peatland Parks Co. Amargh N.Ireland' starts throwing up a flower stalk I'll post new pictures when the flower actually opens.
Maybe next year I'll have to divide this one.

I often wonder if the various naturalised colonies of S. purpurea purpurea that we have here in Ireland will eventually evolve to a point where they won't even try turning their pitchers red seeing as we never have any damn sun.

Some of them make an attmept to go red. Oddly enough its in the winter.
