Can anybody identify my orchid?

So I have this little orchid for about a year now and it's the second time it flowered for me but I don't know which kind it is.
It has  Little bulbs around 3cm in length and each bulb produces one leaf.

Having Googled maxillaria variabilis, I'd agree with Phil, although on a side note, it's probably a specific cultivar like "Black Eyed Susan", as the usual one is yellow.
