You must wait for a flower ,but it s looks like a fals weser to me??????It must be a emarginata i supoose ?Is for sure not emarginata ,emarginata got not a red color ,it s not love the sun at all.Or meaby a crossing whit emarginata?Hard to say whitout flower,
Cheers Will

edit ,i see the picture on BCP ,a very red emarginata ?I have emarginata from BCP ,this plants are not red but light green,i never seen a red one before.
So i must changed my mind ,this can be a emarginata if the picture from BCP is right.

It is really likely to be a "Fake Weser". Just wait for flower for confirmation.

My money would be on the fake Weser, too. Might not be, though, you being in the States. Where did you get it, Jim?

We don't get the UK 'fake weser' circulating, here. This just came from another hobbyist, whose name I've long since forgotten. It hasn't flowered. Could it be a 'Sethos'?

Weser and sethos looks quit the same,i think this are the same,i see not so match difference between them except the name,

edit: I have seen again ,but i bit closer to sethos and weser ,and there is a difference, sethos have more round leafs flat against the ground ,the flower is different to,bigger and more red color.
I have the true weser to,but it s not yet flowering ,so i can not compare whit sethos, the leafs of true weser  looks more like sethos.
The plant on the picture is not a sethos,so most likely a fals weser,so meaby you have some thing rare for the USA then :l_sunny:
But very strange it s stil not flowering ,fals weser flowering very fast and easy the whole year....????
Cheers Will
