Hello,

Who can tell me the 'special things' about the cultivars?
Wherefore they are a cultivar and not a typical.
I would like to know it of the:
- Big Boy
- Hummers Giant
- German Giant
- Vigorous Clumping
- Dudley Watts
- Czech Giant

Thanks!

The only Cephalotus cultivars are Cephaotus 'Eden Black' and Cephalotus 'Hummer's Giant'

http://www.carnivoro...name=Cephalotus

The remaining in your list are named varieties.

Cephalotus "Big Boy"
was names by Fred Green: http://www.cpukforum...showtopic=16827.

I think that Cephalotus "Vigorous Clumping" was named by Stephen Morley and it refers to its habit.

I also think that Cephalotus "Dudley watts" was named by Stephen Morley, as a reference to who he obtained it from.

Here is the history of Cephalotus "German Giant": http://www.cpukforum...ndpost&p=202336
