Actually found the whole documentary and watched it. Fascinating.  There's a whole section dedicated to a small species that lives in Nepenthes and can swim in and feed on prey in the fluid then climb back out.  It's here

I can't help but feel that the man at roughly 3:10 should sit a little further away, in case he's eaten... :D
