Does anyone know what this one is - it's a very pretty hybrid but I can't find anything about the parentage or who bred it.

Thanks in advance.

Possibly from Triffid Park. I'm sure an email to the lovely Donna triffids@triffidpark.com.au will confirm.

Damien,

Looking at some of my alatas I would take a guess that Llama is a cross between an alata, one of the bulbous ones with a red lid, and a leucophylla. Certainly I have an S. alata - Maroon throat - Shows introgression with S. leucophylla (MK A37) that looks a little like my Llama, at least enough to suggest it as a pssibility.

Do let me know if you get to know for sure.

No luck I'm afraid, Donna at Triffid didn't know either.

Oh well, someone else may know.
