Do these look like flower buds?

I thought these were new traps but am now thinking they could be flower stalks?, if so will be the first time i've had flowers, what do you think?

Yes... you should have plenty of seeds later in the season, as long as they are not somewhere breezy.

Ooooh exciting! heehee, i'm really chuffed.
Last summer I accidentally left both cephs in a propagator inside my conservatory on the hottest day of the year.
When i got home from work they'd both been practically "boiled", i was so gutted and never expected them to recover.
They're still a long way from how they were but are at least alive and regrowing.
