I think I've finally found spots in my yard for all the pepper plants I started. Peppers are one of my favorite vegetables. I grow dozens of hot peppers and a couple of rows of sweet. I'm always thrilled by the way the sweet peppers trickle in with perfect timing, just enough for meal after meal. My favorite way to use them is to simply fry them up with a little olive oil and tuck them into a crusty Italian roll. Perfect.
