Does anyone know what colour a Red Ruffles flower should be?

I would have thought that it would be yellow like all flava, my first thought was when I looked it up was it had something other than flava in it.
What colour flower has yours produced?

Oh sorry Ian I was asking about the p venosa cultivar not the Kimber Red Ruffles. I was expecting a dark p venosa flower but its looking more like a burkii

Hope to see you next weekend at one of  the south west open days

    Getting a better Sarracenia collection.
Mine was a nice red, not extremely dark tho'

I've had my purp. Red Ruffles for 2 years but it hasn't flowered yet... fingers crossed for next year then I can answer your question !!
