They are quite common and frequently offered here on the forum. They need to be lifted and split every year as they produce lots of offsets. I split mine in early summer.

This site is selling them Ben Candlin Plants & Gardens to UK and parts of Europe. I haven't tried them yet so can't comment on quality or availability of plants.

eBay definately has them, I get alerts from them daily. Mine are still dormant currently. So far I only grow Konjacs. For the past 4-5 years now. FUN plants! Here's me and one of my stinkers:
