As for producing seeds, this brings up an interesting topic.  Normally, we don't have issues with insects pollinating sarracenia flowers here in California, but occassionally, humming birds will visit the flowers and cause them to produce seeds.  Yesterday, I saw some honey bees visiting the flowers, so I followed one labeled the flowers it visited.  Has anyone observed honey bees as a pollinator for Sarracenias?
