Gardeners with limited space have to make choices, especially in the vegetable garden. But having unlimited space isn't always a blessing. We vegetable garden with our appetites in mind and we're all tempted to plant more than we can possibly take care of. There's always a cell pack of something I didn't think of earlier, that I toss into my cart, bring home and then try and squeeze into a corner of my garden. By late August, I'm vowing to only plant bright colored vegetables, so I can find them under all the leaves.
