Posted ImageThere's been a lot of speculation that this will be a dry summer. I don't have a lot of confidence in weather prognosticators (well, except Punxsutawney Phil), but it's always a good idea to make your flower gardens as water wise as possible. Vegetables need a bit more TLC, but there are plenty of flowers that can handle periods of low water. The trick is getting these plants established before the weather goes to extremes - in either direction.
