Well it seems useful to me but I'm not an expert so maybe other people would like to share their opinion.

very few CPs need spraying, water constantly around the crowns of plants will encourage fungi.

the only plants I spray are young tissue culture plants when hardening off, they need high humidity for a several weeks until they get established, and some seeds such as Cephalotus need spraying ONCE ONLY to settle them on to the compost.

I see..thx for your answer. I read lot of peoples opinions i will not spray my plants anymore. It`s my previous forum, one head administrator advice to everybody spray plants, very bad advice.

Need to separate all this about spraying Drosera plants, to everybody can find Topic and find answer.

I always think as well, that young plants like gemae or this small plants from seeds, i mean when they are about 1cm tall need more water to grow quicker. Very good that we have now several peoples reviews.

Thank you again everybody.

have you got them in a sunny spot with good ventilation?  those are the main weapons against mould.

if gemmae have gone mouldy they are probab;ly dead, or do you mean the compost?

Maybe you could take the gemmae out of the pot and refresh the top layer of the soil. And maybe you can open the window more often.
