If it were me, I'd have a soil mix of 50:50 sand & peat and in pots that are tall, like 9" (whatever that is in cm), sitting ~1" of water, in bright light. Add water to whatever you are using as a tray.

Nope, just some green moss but thats not dangerous. I grow them near my windows so there is enough air movement.

Well when that happens I can cut it away and yeah my windows are always open, I don't get it cold very quick :)

Not growing really quick but it are winter so its normal (I hope so)
