:sun_bespectacled: Hello ! My name is Nélio, i come from Portugal, Madeira Island a good place to grow cps, due to the good climat, bright sun light, hight humidity and good quality of tap water.
A thing i'm sure, i will learn with all of you.

Hello Nélio and welcome to cpuk!

I have never been to Madeira, but must for sure be a wonderful place to live! Somehow surprising, that there are no native cps to Madeira, if I am right.

Yes its a great pleace to leave, and grow cps. We have only the Aeonium glutinosum that caches lots of
insects during the blooming time, as these photos shows, but nit sure if it can be considered  a proto-carnivorous plant.
