whats the best way to germinate nepenthes seeds?

Hi All
Can anyone one give me some tips on how best to germinate highland nepenthes seeds?

Here's my method.
Sow seeds on a mix of 80% perlite/ 20% moss peat.
Place in 1cm of water, in electric propagator with the lid propped open a little for ventilation.
Put brights lights over the propagator (eg, T5s)- giving maybe 14 hours a day light.
Temperature 20-25 degrees C.

The most important factor of all is having very fresh seeds.

Hi All
I sowed the seeds I had on the 17th of Feb . I now have 2 dubia and 1 inermis just starting to germinate.
