appears to be a phaelenopsis hybrid plant. no worries...you should cut off the stalks and prepare the plant for it's dry(ish) winter rest. keep the plant in coolish highlander conditions at night (~10C- 16C), cut back the watering. the lower photoperiod, cool winter rest, and removed stalks will help strengthen the plant for the next blooming season. speaking of which, what media is used in your plant? it may be more favorable to plant your orchid in a media that is able to dry out quicker. a solid sphagnum moss mixture tends to retain moisture too well, which leads to root rot. try replacing this mix with 2 parts orchid bark, 1 part perlite/pumice, and 1 part LFS.
best of luck growing!
