No, it's not a new cultivar
but I have a H. minor that is putting out small adult pitchers so thought I'd share a few pics.

This happens with my own plant and my friend's H.minor too. The divisions form adult pitchers which are really tiny:) Will post some photos later.

Hey! I had the same problem, but my plant grown a energizer.
