How is GA3 to be applied with tc?

Hi,
i have a question about tc:

How is GA3 to be applied with tc? By autoclaving will destroyed the phyto hormones!?

Is GA3 done in the medium?

First sterilise, then stratify.

How is the right Approach?

Hi Tobias,
I have used a 24h - 48h soak in 500ppm GA3 before I sterilise the seed fot TC.
It has worked ok for me.

However stratification is better, for temperate species. I would get maybe 60-70% germination with GA3 and close to 100% with stratification.
