i have just been up to my allotment, where i have a shead and keep my cps in, i have noticed that they have wilted i have not been able to get  up for 3 weeks due to snow and frost freezein up the padlock on the gate is this a normal look for cps when they go dormant i have never taken  them thru dormancy before as this is my 1st time the cps i have got are cobra lily,vft and  Sarrancenia purpurea any advice would be helpfull

The wilting could be due to the low temps, if so, I wouldn't worry. If the wilting is from dehydration however I would worry. The plants you have should be able withstand an English winter without any problems as long as they are kept wet enough.

It sounds like dehydration to me too,i'd give them some water and see if they perk up.
Do the pots they are in feel light if you pick them up?
they should be kept damp through the winter
