Very dishonest ebay seller

David Waldron the person who stole a plant at stephen Morleys open day last year as just sold four plants on ebay one was to me . He is using the useamane 1221davidw . He as also only sold three other times supplying two and failing to send the third one . If I were a seller I would block this person from buying off me , buyers I would black list this person .
