I'm from sunny Essex. Thats the North Eastern part of London for those geographically challenged persons! For the CP's its good for sunshine but RELATIVELY low for rainfall as the UK goes!

I'm from sunny S. Cambridgeshire, about 50 miles north of London. Like nearby Essex, I experience higher than national average sunshine and much less than average rainfall.

I'm in the county of Ceredigion in Wales (West Wales), in a tiny village called Bwlchygroes (not on the map! - nearest is Ffostrasol), with more than average rainfall (at the moment
).

Aidan, that was a good comeback. I am on the Central Coast of California, in the County of San Luis Obispo, rated at the most desireable place in the US to retire to. The weather is sunny and pleasant for over 300 days per year, and we are 5 minutes from the beach. Not that I have time to go to the beach; the cost of living here dictates that my work week ends at 5pm on Saturday.
