Hannahraptor
Hi all Does anyone have experience of shipping plants to Canada? I'm looking in to sending Ceph's and understand that I will need a phytosanitory cert and possibly Cites stuff. I would be doing this as an individual not through a business and wondered how complex/costly this would be. I've been on line and have struggled to get a clear answer. Many thanks H

gardenofeden
I thought Cephalotus had been removed from CITES?
Planthobby.nl
Also think about taxes. If I want to send a plant to Canada, I will have to pay taxes to Dutch customs. Also check if the receiver isn't forced to pay import taxes before getting the plant to customs in Canada. This can be pricy in some cases.
