MFS Posted December 17, 2010 Report Share Posted December 17, 2010 Hi Tobias, I have used a 24h - 48h soak in 500ppm GA3 before I sterilise the seed fot TC. It has worked ok for me. However stratification is better, for temperate species. I would get maybe 60-70% germination with GA3 and close to 100% with stratification.
