It works fine from work and over 4G on my phone as well as via a vpn or proxy when at home. Finally got so annoyed when trying to look something up, I did some digging. It looks like 198.55.96.130 is the final 'hop' I can access when doing a traceroute . From the IP I think this belongs to the host company for CPUK.
