Any tips on building water tray for greenhouse using growbags trays at the moment

want to build larger deeper trays so don't have to water everyday and hopefully sarracenia 

will benifit from deeper water and get more pots in larger tray

quarter inch plywood base,3 or 4 inch wide timber for the sides then line it with pond liner

what thickness liner, looking at 3000 x 600 trays with 94 x 20 thk sides

5 x 50 screws every 150 mm to fix sides to 5.5 thk plywood ?

i just got some that was  on offer,but it said  it would last 25years.      2 inch screws are a bit big,i'd go with 1 1/2 inch

Hey Terry, here are some photos of a tray I made back in 2013 from chipboard covered with pond liner. Maybe give you a few ideas. I've also made cheaper trays using waste pallet wood. I secure the liner with staples using a staple gun costing about £25 from any DIY place.

Thanks Martin got my pond liner on order going to get the wood from Wickes 

where did you get your corner brackets from

I got the wood from B&Q and got them to cut it for me (I'd worked out a plan which they were happy to cut to), so probably got the brackets at the same time.
