bigphil1984
Hi I've just swapped to this little dish for my 3" deep pot is this ok or not deep enough? lol Sent from my SM-A300FU using Tapatalk
Gaz
Hi Phil, I do keep mine slightly deeper than that but I think the main problem with using a pot saucer for your water reservoir is that you may have to top it up so frequently that it becomes a chore. I suppose it all depends on the conditions there on the windowsill, is it in full sun? High temps? Personally I prefer to use a gravel tray or similar but why don't you give it a go for a week or two and see how it goes.
bigphil1984
Hi gaz, yeah it's in full sun, and temps can get up to 28 degrees now and then, but most of the time it's around 20. I'll give it a go and see what happens lolSent from my SM-A300FU using Tapatalk

bigphil1984
Hi got up today and it's growing great, the new trap that's forming is showing a few teeth [emoji38][emoji38] and also I just wondering can you cut traps of that are dying but not black???Sent from my SM-A300FU using Tapatalk
Gaz
Good result then. I don't usually cut dying traps off till the whole leaf's black & dried. btw, I don't know how much gardening you do but in earlier post when I said "gravel" tray I was referring to seed trays without holes not a tray with gravel in the bottom although I guess that would work too. Keep up the good work
