Yes for me too, and P gracilis, rotundiflora & cv crystal buds developing quickly. Tatter, I keep mine in a greenhouse with minimum temps around 7-8C, is your cold gh frost free? Just wondered as I've never let my Mexican Pings get below zero.

Gaz temp in greenhouse as already been to a low of minus 1(minus 3 outside) but there where double fleeced .Greenhouse stays frost free, But all plants are fleeced when forecast to be below +5 c regards Jim
Gaz
cheers Jim, that sounds good, I could probably do something similar then drop the temp in my small gh by a couple of degrees or so, always looking for ways to save on electricity usage. tatter
Gaz Don't blame me if goes wrong though as so many factors are outside control like aspect of greenhouse and location in country and prevailing winds etc.I can only state what is my experience in my location Reagrds Jim
manders
I have a 30% survival rate after two days of -3C as an experiment, so anything above freezing should be fine. Edited December 19, 2016 by manders
dolichos
Not unusual, many flower in winter growth. My laueana has been flowering regularly and has another bud appearing. I've also had blooms on agnata, "Köhres" and moranensis varieties. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
