SoLongFairWell
We are pleased to announce that, following the excitement of Kew, the EOS has been set for the 17th September 2016. This will take place at our partnership member Winterbourne House and Gardens. Members have always enjoyed the gardens and it makes a great visit in itself. Details of Winterbourne can be found here: http://www.winterbourne.org.uk/index.php/information/getting-here The meeting will start at 11:00am and run through to 4:30pm. Tim Bailey will be giving an overview of the conference with video highlights. Along with a few stories from members no doubt. Another talk will be arranged closer to the time and we will let you know what this is.There will also be an auction of many plants kindly donated by a member to raise funds for the Society's Conservation Fund, as well as an opportunity to purchase copies of Lucy Smith's painting that was awarded to Sir David Attenborough at the ICPS Conference last month. There will also be a free gift for every attendee. It is a great opportunity to catch up with friends and enjoy the gardens. Hold the date and we look forward to seeing you there. Kind regards The CommitteeThe Carnivorous Plant Society
Mark Anderson
Sounds like it's going to be an excellent ends of season meeting, unfortunately I don't think I'll will be able to make it, still recovering from all the books and plants I bought at the ICPS conference! Kind regards Mark
