Arisaema nepenthoides

6 posts in this topic

Flowering for the first time for me, Arisaema nepenthoides, obtained as a small corm a couple of years ago. I like it because it is an Arisaema, has nice colours, and also because of the species name...!

My Arisaema nepenthoides is in flower after spending the whole winter outside in its pot. The spathe doesn't look too happy after a night's rain but the stem markings are very attractive.

Here's a couple from a previous year when it looked a bit happier dry.
