Phil Green
Very nice Jens - just need flowers next (female). But some how I expected your new greenhouse to be a bit bigger
Joachim
Hello Jens, very nice plant! Are you sure it is a pure N. dubia? The pitcher lid is a little bit wide (might still be an intermediate pitcher) and especially the leaf apex is different from the plants I've seen so far. This is my plant: And mine is a boy (flowering right now): Joachim Edited March 21, 2009 by Joachim
Marek Míča
Hi Jens The plant is fantastic! :) I wish you further succes in growing this beauty! EDIT: The pitcher lid is a little bit wide (might still be an intermediate pitcher) Yes the lid is quite wide, because it IS an intermediate pitcher. Well, that's my opinion, the pitcher really doesn't look like an upper pitcher. :smile Edited March 21, 2009 by Marek Míča
Phil Green
Joachim - take a look at the plants in this post http://pitcherplants.proboards34.com/index...amp;thread=7175 To me the leaf apex look similar to Jens plant. Maybe the wide lid is because it's the fist upper and it's still in transition from lowers ? And congratulation on the flower. Nepaholic
Hi Sorry for the late answer. Joachim, thanks for showing. I really was thinking my plant makes upper, but after you showing yours i see that it is just intermediate pitchers... I´m sure that is is a real dubia.....
