I suspect than when you receive them some will be already coming out of dormancy and will have to be potted up very soon. The others can probably be kept in the small plastic envelopes that they came in until you see signs of growth which shouldn't be very long.
Over here in rainy Seattle, my tubers (Drosera) start growing towards the end of January and grow nicely until August or so. Mine are kept outside most times and are only moved when we get rare freezing temps early in there growth or very hot temps late in the season when I will move them in to a area that is more shaded from afternoon sun.
Your tubers will acclimatize on there own, just try to keep them cool late in the growing season so that they will have enough time to build reserves for next season.
